Pressure testing must be carried out after construction of all new pipelines to ensure integrity of the welded joints and flange connections. We specialize in the Pressure Testing of Hydraulic Oil and Chemical Injection Piping Systems. We have pressure testing pumps up to 30,000 PSI.

Water flushing is done to remove sediments or other contaminants that are built up in pipes over time. Flushing can help reduce corrosive conditions associated with bio-film growth that can often lead to pipeline leaks and breaks. Effective water flushing is done with high velocity so that scouring action is created. Water is then discharged and any materials build-up from the pipes is removed.
